1206 Main Street

The storefront at 1206 Main Street is owned by Tom Bray who currently is renovating three magnificant condos in the top floors at the subject property.

Urban Sites had the pleasure of working with Tom to find a tenant to take the commercial space available at 1206 Main.

The property has so much character from hardwood floors to exposed brick. 

There is no doubt, Urban Sites believes that this is the best location for the Nichols family buisiness.  Their business is currently located in Clifton but the business owners seem very sure that they are ready to be a strong part of what they see going on in the downtown, Over-the-Rhine community.

At 1206 Main, as you open the iron gate into the entryway you can't miss the mosaic tile that spells out FAMILY.  Which is exactly what we see in our community, environment and now the newest tenant to Main Street.
