"I am writing this letter to thank you and Urban Sites for providing a very professional and responsive management team. As you know, I recently purchased a condo unit in the Lackman building at the corner of 13th & Vine. Upon moving in there were a few minor issues – such as burnt out light bulbs, a leaky refrigerator and loose ceiling fan – but I was very pleased at the level of service I received when these issues were reported. Not only were all of these items fixed within a 24 hour period, but you even offered to meet me during off hours to get the problem addressed.
I used to work in the real estate industry for a national homebuilder. While we emphasized the importance of an all-around “great experience” for the customer, most of the attention was placed on our warranty personnel. While it is vital to have a smooth sales process, the customer’s last point of contact was with our warranty department. Most homebuilders will offer the same general product, but our warranty personnel’s attention to detail, positive attitude and responsiveness delighted our customers and set our community apart from all others in the area.
With that said, I wanted to express my appreciation to you and Urban Sites for making the transition into condo living very seamless by providing a great customer experience. This was my first new home purchase and with any new home/condo there will be minor adjustments that need to occur. In each interaction I’ve had with Urban Sites they have maintained a professional attitude, a timely response and effectively communicated any follow up that needed to occur. “As condo-owners in the Mottainai building, my wife and I have been very satisfied with Urban Sites', and specifically Donald Mouch's management of our condo association. Donald has always promptly responded to issues that have come up in and around our building. For example, one time our parking lot car gate was malfunctioning, and my wife was in need of fast assistance. Donald promptly took ownership of the issue by immediately coming to our building and showing her how to manually operate the gate if the issue occurred again. Additionally, he promptly responds to email requests from each individual member of our building. Each Urban Sites employee we've encountered has always been friendly and professional.
As the president of our condo association, I have been very satisfied with Donald's management of contractors that have been needed to address various issues at our building. He also does a good job organizing and running HOA meetings.
